How can I place orders?
Order placing on our order system is quite simple. This short guide shows you how it works.
How do you process my order?
After receiving your order, we will inform you the best delivery date by email. If you can accept the lead time, we'll issue the Sales Note(Proforma Invoice)to get your final confirmation. You can check the Sales Note by Order History anytime you want.
How long does it typically take before I receive my completed order?
Processing time can vary greatly depending on the order. For the most part, small order is usually finish within 6-12 business days.
Big order may require more time, mostly depending on the amount and season.
I am not a company. Can I place orders being an individual?
Yes. Simply enter your first and last name as your company name.
Can I make changes or cancels to an order I made?
Yes. It can be changed by yourself from here before you sign the Sales Note.
However, in case of the contract is already concluded, Would you kindly email us the request for changing or canceling of your order?
It is no problem if the order has not been processed.
How do I receive the shipping documents?
We will send you an email attached the shipping documents(packing list, Invoice.. etc). If you have any other required documents, please inform us in advance.
My delivery address is outside of my country, How do I place an order?
Please register the delivery address on our Order page.
What are my payment options?
We support payment through wire transfer 100% in advance and L/C at sight. If it is our first transaction, we generally apply T/T in advance before start production condition.
How do I ask for a price adjustment?
We will grant you a price adjustment provided that you could guarantee placing regular big orders.
How do I care for my sheets/materials?
If your package was roll or roll carton(box), upon receipt, please lay the rubber sheets flat for avoid to get wrinkles.and keep away from direct sunlight, it may cause damage and discolor of sheets/materials.
I received a faulty/incorrect item, what do I do?
We're so sorry that you received a faulty/incorrect item. Please email
and please provide your order number and photo of the faulty/incorrect item, so we can better determine the next steps.
My shipping address is incorrect on my order, how can I change this?
We recommend you to contact us as soon as possible to request any changes.
